Individual Therapy
Finding your way back to yourself
Steady support for deep work
Sometimes we need a safe space to untangle the patterns that no longer serve us. Individual therapy offers you the gentle rhythm of weekly or fortnightly sessions, creating a consistent container for growth and self-discovery.
This steady pace allows time for reflection, integration, and the gradual reshaping of old beliefs and behaviors. Whether you're seeking short-term support for a specific concern or longer-term exploration of deeper patterns, we work together at your own natural rhythm.
Individual therapy offers support for:
Navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions
Exploring relationship patterns that keep repeating
Healing from childhood trauma or recent life events
Exploring sexual intimacy concerns or psychosexual challenges
Seeking support around fertility or pregnancy
Building a stronger relationship with yourself
"Emma sympathetically guided me through some old thoughts and beliefs, through talking and hypnotherapy (which was incredible!), that were holding me back from finding my joy. She helped me deconstruct them and build new, healthier beliefs about myself in their place."

How we work together
Our work is collaborative and shaped by what feels most helpful for you. Drawing on relational and integrative approaches, including trauma-informed, somatic, and cognitive-behavioural methods, we explore both the present moment and the deeper patterns that influence it. As a qualified hypnotherapist, I may also weave in hypnotherapy where appropriate, offering gentle yet powerful ways to work with the unconscious mind. Some sessions may focus on developing practical tools for self-regulation and communication, while others offer space for self-reflection.
For those wanting to work more deeply, I also offer three-hour immersive sessions. These longer sessions provide space to explore without interruption, allowing us to stay with what is unfolding rather than needing to stop just as something important begins to open and we have more of an opportunity to bring each and every part of you – the resilient, the hurting, the hopeful – into the room.
Your first step
If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 15 minute connection call. This gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and to see if working together feels right. From there, we can decide on a pace and structure that best supports your needs.
