Terms of service.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours before your session, whichever is closer to your appointment time.
For full-day intensives, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your session.
All fees are non-refundable once sessions have taken place.
Cancellations
Standard session of 90 or 60 minutes
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all standard session, cancellations, or changes (by Friday 5pm for Monday or Tuesday sessions).
Immersive sessions of 120 or 180 minutes
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for an immersive session, cancellations, or changes (by Friday 5pm for Monday or Tuesday sessions).
Full-day intensives
50% non-refundable deposit required at booking, with remaining balance due two weeks before your session. Cancellations made after the relevant time are charged in full, as the space has been reserved for you.
Rescheduling for Intensives
You may reschedule an intensive once without penalty if at least two weeks’ notice is provided. Further changes or late requests incur the standard cancellation fee.
Reduced fees
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those on lower incomes. Please contact me directly to discuss availability. All inquiries are handled with discretion and respect.
Availability and waiting list
My diary can be full at times. If no appointments are currently available, you’re welcome to join my waiting list. Tell me your preferred days and times, and I’ll contact you as soon as a suitable slot opens. There is no obligation to accept a slot, and you can remove yourself from the list at any time.
Location
Sessions take place either online or in person at my garden studio in East Sussex or London. For intensive work, I can also travel to your chosen location or recommend suitable venues (by arrangement and subject to availability and will be charged accordingly). All travel expenses are charged additionally.
