Finding your way back to connection
I am an integrative therapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through the complexities of intimacy, fertility, trauma, and disconnection. My work integrates mind, body, and emotion, reflecting my belief that healing happens through connection, not isolation.
My path to this work began with my own experience of chronic illness and childhood trauma. What started as a search for physical healing became a deeper understanding of how our emotional lives, bodies, and relationships are intricately linked. This lived insight, together with extensive training across relational, somatic, and cognitive approaches, continues to inform how I work today.
I hold training in Relational Life Therapy and Psychosexual Therapy, alongside qualifications in trauma-informed, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioural, somatic, and hypnotherapeutic modalities. Earlier in my career, I also trained as an aromatherapist and acupressure therapist, work that deepened my understanding of the body’s role in emotional healing and continues to inform my integrative approach.
In 2003, I founded a groundbreaking holistic clinic in London specialising in mind body approaches to reproductive health, fertility, and pregnancy. Bringing together therapeutic, medical, and body-based practitioners under one roof, this work reinforced my belief that we are whole beings, not separate parts to be fixed.
In my work with couples, I support partners to rebuild trust, rekindle intimacy, and move beyond entrenched patterns of blame or withdrawal. I help individuals and relationships find steadier ground, fostering empathy, accountability, and deeper connection.

How we work together
Whether you come alone or as a couple, we’ll create space for old patterns to soften, making room for new ways of relating that feel more open and alive. As trust builds, we may include gentle awareness of the body to support deeper integration and healing, always in a way that feels safe and natural for you.
I offer both short and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and goals. Some people come for focused, time-limited work around a specific issue, while others choose to stay for longer periods of deeper exploration and growth.
Alongside traditional weekly sessions, I also offer three-hour immersive sessions, which allow more time for exploration, reflection, and integration, that allows you to go further without having to stop just as things begin to unfold.
Sessions are available both online and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most supportive and accessible at different stages of your journey.
