Couples Intensives

Immersive healing for your relationship

Deep transformation in focused time

Sometimes the most meaningful breakthroughs happen when you step away from the demands of daily life and give yourself, and your relationship, uninterrupted space to focus. My couples intensives offer exactly that, a chance to engage in deep, transformative work within the tranquil setting of my garden retreat, surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery.

Choose intensive work if you’re:

  • Wanting to create lasting change but finding it hard to commit to regular weekly sessions

  • Longing to reconnect emotionally or sexually after a period of distance

  • Repairing from infidelity or rebuilding trust after a rupture

  • Feeling stuck in recurring conflicts and ready to break long held patterns

  • Navigating crisis, transition, or major decisions in your relationship

  • In the early stages of a relationship and wanting to address old patterns before they take hold

  • Needing focused time together away from the demands of work, parenting, or daily life

Tailored to your journey

Each intensive is a full day, designed around your relationship and its unique needs, with the option to add an additional day if more time feels supportive. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, seeking a powerful reset, longing to rekindle sexual or emotional intimacy, or in the early stages of a relationship and want to face challenges and recurring patterns from the past head on, we’ll create a safe and supportive space for the work that matters most to you.

Intensives can also be ideal for those with full schedules or young children, where regular weekly sessions may be difficult to maintain. Setting aside a dedicated block of time allows you to immerse fully in the process and make meaningful progress that fits more easily around the rhythm of busy work or family life.

The extended time together helps create continuity, depth, and safety, allowing us to stay with what is unfolding rather than needing to stop just as something important begins to open. Each day includes nourishing meals, restorative breaks, and the option for a reflective walk to the sea. By setting aside this time intentionally, you give yourself the chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect in a way that can shift not only how you relate to each other, but how you move through life beyond the retreat itself.

“We know it’s a lifelong journey and that we’re not perfect, but therapy has given us the foundation to build a loving, mature, and healthy relationship together. For that, we are deeply grateful.”

How we work together

While my garden retreat provides a naturally restorative setting, I can also bring this work to you.

Flexible locations are offered by arrangement and depend on my diary and availability. If you’re travelling to me, I’m happy to recommend beautiful local accommodation to support your stay.

Before and after your intensive

For full day intensives, your experience includes a one hour planning session held beforehand, where we’ll discuss your goals and intentions for the day and design the structure together. Each partner will be given an intake form to complete, helping me understand your individual perspectives, background, and what feels most important to each of you. Following the intensive, we’ll schedule a one hour follow up session, two to four weeks later, which is also included in the fee, to support integration and check in on how things are unfolding.

If further ongoing support feels helpful, we’ll identify that together either during the intensive or at the follow up.

Your next step

If you’d like to explore whether an intensive could be the right fit for you, I offer a free 15 minute connection call. This is a chance for us to talk about your current situation, what you hope to gain from the experience, and to see if this way of working feels right for you both. Together, we can find the format that best supports your needs and schedule.
